This notice explains how White Teeth Colombia handles information sent through our website and private online evaluation.

Who handles your information

White Teeth Colombia, located at Edificio Vida Torre 1 Office 635 in Cali, Colombia, handles the information described here. Privacy requests can be sent to bookings@whiteteethcolombia.com.

Information we receive

When you request an online evaluation, we may receive your name, email, phone number, Instagram username, answers about travel and budget, comments about your dental situation, and the dental photos you choose to upload.

Our website also records limited first-party conversion events using a random journey identifier. Those events describe actions such as opening the evaluation, completing a step or clicking WhatsApp. They do not contain names, contact details, comments, health information, photo contents or file names.

Why we use it

We use evaluation information to review the request, communicate with you, prepare treatment and travel guidance, prevent duplicate submissions, protect the service from abuse, and maintain an operational record of the consultation.

How photos and messages are handled

Evaluation photos and form details are stored in private object storage before the website confirms receipt. An operational copy is sent to an authorized White Teeth Colombia team group in Telegram so the team can review and respond. Access is limited to people who need the information for the evaluation and patient follow-up.

Internet transmission and third-party communication services can never be guaranteed to be risk-free. We use reasonable technical and organizational controls, but the online evaluation is not an emergency service or a substitute for an in-person clinical examination.

Retention and sharing

We keep evaluation information only for as long as it is needed for follow-up, treatment planning, operational records, dispute prevention, or applicable legal requirements. We do not sell patient information. We may use service providers that support hosting, private storage, security and team communications, and they process information only for those operational purposes.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your evaluation information, or withdraw consent for future use, by emailing bookings@whiteteethcolombia.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate claims.
